Today I received my order: Decleor aroma cleanse eye make up remover gel. The produt is not in a good condition and appears to have been used. There is a significant space at the top of the bottle filled with air and bubbles. It is far from full. It looks as if the gel has been opened and used. Also there is no seal on the top except for a dirty, manually stuck sellotape piece. The bottle itself is full of dirty black marks. This is unacceptable.
Also (although not my main concern) the little "free gift" received with purchase is much smaller than the picture advertised on the website. The neroli oil is a mere 5ml and I highly doubt that it is valued at over R300 as claimed. This is deceptive marketing as the picture specifically displayed is a far cry from what is actually received. This is problematic because I purchased the main item from Rubybox because of the advertisement of the gift received with purchase.
I trust that Rubybox will remedy this expeditiously, as it is by any standards unacceptable to expect your customers to be satisfied with products received in the condition which they were received in.
