On the 28th of Feb 2013 i completed payment for an item i won on auction. payment ref 3WWRVY for order ID 5776353.
I had no feedback from the seller DavidBinCPT for over 3 weeks then contacted customer services and consumer watch on BidorBuy. You responded by mailing the seller and asking him to respond to my complaints. Once again the seller has made false promises and mailed me directly for the first time promising to resolve issue with post office as tracking number given doesnt exist on their database. PE777743159ZA. I've been waiting over a week and seller isnt replying to mails. Its no surprise that both his numbers given on site are off. I made payment through BidorBuy and want an immediate refund of R180 which i paid a month ago seeing that nothing is being done to solve this issue. I'm not saying BidorBuy is to blame but you could've been more proactive in resolving this issue. I will be seeking legal action should this not be resolved soon. I make payments asap and expect to not be over like this!
