The was an advert of a valentines gift on netflorist webpage on the 12th February, the advert was on the header banner, I then placed an order thinking it will be delivered during valentines day. But when I went through the invoice on the 12th i found the delivery date is wrong since it was saying it will be delivered on the 13th.
I tried sending an email on the 12th and that didn't help, then I tried calling them on the 13th to change the date and they said they can't change the date which I find it hard to believe.
And this is going to make this Valentine's Day the worse if this don't get changed. My order number is 100729754 and this might be my 5th order if not 6th and I have never had any bad experience with your service
