Mixed up delivery and no response

I sent a friend of mine to purchase flowers for me and make sure delivery date is for valentines day. They delivered on the 13th and it reflected as a pre-valentines gift. They promise that if unsatisfied, they will make sure they refund or send again. I now have to buy another gift for valentines day after i spent R559 for a gift and i can not afford that. I am really appauled by this whole situation..
