A company worth supporting!

I ordered an item from Catch Of The Day and tracked this order on the webiste. The order stayed in a packing state for longer than what was stated on the webiste. Upon following up with them, I spoke to Asanda (customer care agent). I was told that they will not be able to fulfill the order and that she is speaking to the relevant people in order to give me more detail on the situation. I later received a call back from Grant Pomeroy (Director) and was advised that due to unforeseen circumstances they would not be able to fulfill the order but have a similar item that they will give to me free of charge for the inconvenience caused. This was also later on the same day hand delivered by Craig Herbert (if im not mistaken, also a Director). Further to this, Catch Of The Day has credited my account with the amount spent on the original purchase for me to spend on another catch. I would just like extend my gratitude to all involved. I'm sure everyone will agree that getting free things is always great, however it is equally amazing dealing with friendly people willing to go the extra mile to keep a customer happy. I will gladly be making many more purchases from Catch Of The Day!
