Hi,
I ordered a gift for my wife's birthday for the 12th July 2013 from Netflorist on Monday the 08th July. The item was not delivered, nor was I notified of this. When I called late the 12th afternoon, they apologized and promised the item will be delivered the 13th with a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. This was also not adhered to and I was not again notified. On Monday the 15th, I had to call Netflorist myself and still they had no idea as to what was the issue. They said they would call be back and after 2 hours, I had to call yet again for an update.
They again said it was at the warehouse and will be delivered by the close of business the 15th, with no repercussion.
I used to be a great customer of Netflorist, my faith has been floundered. I will not be using Netflorist again. I recently attended a conference with Alison Kuhlman, and she was very optimistic about her company, but she should re-look at this. Even their telephone message on hold has become irritating.
