I placed an order with netflorist on the 5th of July with an instruction for it to be delivered on the 12th of July. It was my father's birthday on the 13th of July and he did not receive the items I have ordered and paid for. That order that I placed and the delivery date specified was specifically so that he could have it for his birthday! Disappointment and anger does not begin to express how I feel! I have sent 2 complaint emails to Netflorist but so far not a word from them!
