I have been subscribed for a Rubybox since December 2012, and I will admit I joined apprehensively as I was worried about bad customer service.

I have had two late deliveries, but my Johannesburg delivery queries were speedily and efficiently resolved. I know every new company has a few stumbling blocks, but I am happy to say that I love the products and once I report a problem it is quickly sorted out.

I love receiving some pampering every month, and your company makes it happen.
