Ruined Valentines - non delivery

My daughter's flowers were NOT DELIVERED to her school yesterday as requested. Order was placed on the 12th and delivery date comfirmed as the 14th and my credit card charged immediately. I cannot get an email response from Netflorist, and when I got through to the call centre my call was disconnected. I am reporting credit card for this, as I have been charged for goods that were not received.
