Watch out for their false advertising. They had a special for Valentines Day whereby if you agreed to delivery on 13th Feb as opposed to 14th Feb they would include a free Valentines Balloon with your order. The order was delivered on the 13th without the balloon. When I questioned this they said there was no balloon. What a. What then was the benefit for having a delivery on the 13th? Will never use this service provider ever again.
