ZERO service - BAD BILLING - NO OPTION TO TALK TO HUMAN MANAGER - just robotic service center staff for one answer for everything

I have tried to talk to a human being at Vodacom for months to sort out several issues, but to no avail. NONE of their listed numbers actually work:

- 082 1904 DOES NOT WORK
- 082 1958 DOES NOT WORK
- 082 1935 DOES NOT WORK
- 082 17844 DOES NOT WORK
- 082 1946 DOES NOT WORK

No emails are answered, yet I get a read receipt:

- FTTH Escalations
- [email protected]

[email protected] - HAVE FUN WITH THAT ONE. IT'S FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE TALKING WITHOUT GETTING A SINGLE RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS TO THEM. SHUT THE EMAIL ADDRESS DOWN; IT'S WORTHLESS! A JOKE, ACTUALLY.

I NOW GET THREATENING EMAILS TO CLOSE DOWN MY SERVICE AS I HAVE APPARENTLY SHORT PAID R211 WHEN YOU HAVE A SIGNED DEBIT ORDER. IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG AMOUNT, DON'T MAKE IT MY PROBLEM.
