My name is Mathemba Tshefu, Vodacom Account No: I9339871-7 with a Sim Only Data plan. Sim number: 0637096004

I had previously been charged for Entertainment Services that I did not subscribe to. I have been trying to resolve this matter for a month now, to no avail. I do not have the money to pay for Entertainment Services that I did not subscribe to. I was only made aware of the charges on my invoice.

Please block and cancel the Entertainment Services as I will only be paying for my data plan.
