I bought a Hair go straight Brazilian blow out for Jab Hair in Northcliff. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received from the salon and was told by Angela from Jab hair that she no longer wanted to do my hair and she would prefer I get a refund. I have sent Cityslicker 3 emails now to request a refund and have received no response from them at all. There is no contact number on their website and they just do not reply to emails. How do I get an answer to my query???
