Do not go to Bellamore Hair Salon (Radisson Blu Hotel) for a Brazilian Blow Out or anything else!! They are a rip off! My daughter was from overseas and I wanted her to have her hair straightened. I saw a Groupon and as she was only visiting for a short time I contacted the salon to see if they can take her before buying the coupon. They said I needn't buy the voucher from Groupon but could pay them direct. My daughter has had Brazilian Blow Outs before but this one was done differently. Not being a hairdresser we thought it was because a different product was used. After washing hair after 3 days her hair was no different to what it was before the procedure. I contacted the salon and was told that it wasn't a hair straightening procedure but a treatment. The ad said "eliminates frizz". At R500 for a treatment, I don't think so!! The product they advertised they used is called "Moroccan Keratin Hair Treatment by Inoar". I contacted the supplier of that product who told me the product is definitely for straightening hair and not just a treatment and confirmed that they DO NOT supply Bellamore Hair Salon the product. So what was used on her hair? I lost R500 so please stay away!!
