Went in for a Brazilian blow wave for the weddings coming up in the month and the December holidays. Shocked to find after the first hair wash with sulphate free shampoo and conditioner that my hair is burned and now broken beyond repair. Phoned Elri on Friday immediately after the wash to tell her what has happened and asked for help.
She refused to listen to my complaint and that she was to busy to assist me in the matter. Said that she could only help me on Tuesday. I went to 2 other Salons after the call with Elri, both of the Salons confirmed that my hair was burned and that the treatment should've been 3 hours instead of the 90 minutes she did mine. Saturday morning I went to her before the wedding to try and sort out the problem. She was very rude and didn't want to admit that she made a mistake with the Brazilian blow wave. I asked for my money back as the treatment I have to put in my hair is going to be very expensive. She refused to give me a refund as she gave me a very poor excuse. I had to go and cut my hair on my own expense, and still my hair is badly damaged in the middle of the hair shaft.
Please assist me in the matter.
