I contacted Angela from Jab Hair to make a booking for the blow out that I purchased from Cityslicker, when I arrived at the salon on the date of the my appointment I was told that they had no water. I was also not called to have the appointment rescheduled as apparently she did not have my number. I had taken time off work to go the appointment so this was very inconvenient. Angela then said she would call me later once the plumber had been so that she could still fit me in that day. I received no call from her and phoned her back later that afternoon to see if the plumber had been. She then got rather unpleasant and when I asked if she could reshedule me to the Saturday morning she said she had other clients and she would fit me in when she could. She then said she would prefer if I got a refund. I find it very strange that she turned away 3 people that day yet she had a lady in her salon who had highlights in her hair. I would love to know how she was washing those highlights out then. It would appear that she did feel like doing the brazilian blow out customers from Cityslickers that day.
