After an item was sold, the payout request is required to be submitted before 9:00 the morning, which I did just after 9 on Thursday. I understood that I would have to wait until the next day for the payout. I then received an email Friday morning at 8:51 asking for proof of residence and ID before payout could be done, which I sent only 4 minutes after (8:55) receiving their email. It's short of 2 days for a week to have gone past and no payout has been done. I have emailed them twice to which I have received no response whatsoever, just an automated response. They gave a contact number which I could call to talk to customer service, but after 8 times of trying to call them since yesterday nobody is still answering.

How do I get in contact to know what is going on???
I'm still trying to call, email, but nothing happens. No answer on the calls or responses from emails.
