I have an insurance policy with Santam, and I have not claimed for two years now. So I inquired about multi bonus payout date and this was their response: "Please be advised that your multi-bonus payout would be paid out the on 01/02/2014"
I have not received the payout till now, and inquired about it, and this was their response "Please be advised that your multy bonus payout should be transferred into your bank account, by the end of February."
This pure greed!! and their the first people to debit my account, but now its the other way around, they full of stories. I'm so close on cancelling my account with this people.
