I applied for a top up on the 02.04.2013 and was approved it is now the 18.04.2013 and still no payout when going into clientzone and request feed back I get emails days later saying there is a backlog in payouts. My husband applied the day after I did and got his payout the very next day so somewhere something just does not make sense. When phoning in to your call centre they can't even assist of follow up on payout. Its now almost 3 weeks later and still no payout. so the original loan I requested I will basically only see half of it due to you still running a debit order at the end of April 2013 for the first installment.
Please do not ask customer services to keep sending me the same email stating they apologise because the mails still do not give any indication when it will be paid out... this is very annoying
