I (SuperShop) have been a seller on BidorBuy for many years with a Positive Rating percentage of 98.99%
BidorBuy decided not to honour my Payout Request of more than R22, 000 on Friday 3 May 2013 due to a 'security concern' flagged by their 'system'.
At no time have I been notified of their decision not to honour the payment to me. I discovered that the Payout was 'under review' accidentally when I wanted to do a new Payout Request for subsequent payments from buyers.
After a phone call, I was assured by Natasha after she consulted with her manager that the payment will be done on Monday - 3 days late.
Why am I extremely upset?
1) Why have they decided to pay? I was not asked any probing questions. I did not have to provide proof of any transactions. So why has the 'security concern' disappeared?
2) Cashflow is critical to any SME, and I do depend on payments from BidorBuy being on time.
3) My facility to request new Payouts has now been frozen. This means that I cannot request a payout for any order payments received between today (Friday) morning after 9am and Monday morning, or possibly even later.
I love BidorBuy, but I strongly object to this withholding of my money
