I have very recently joined Bidorbuy and my experience has not been a goods one. I have sold goods on international online auction sites and i regrettably have to say the it's MUCH beeter than what suppose to be Africa's Largest Online Market. I have sold goods to the value of R80000 in my first month, and had a 100% rating until bidorbuy sent me late pament notification from one buyer. I sent bidorbuy neary 7 emails, and called them on 3 occasions but still the matter has not been resolved. I had to cancel my last Crazy Auction sales to the value of nearly R35000 for non payment of last auction from BIDORBUY. I have done a payout request for the last 8 days without any success and this is the message i get:
Your payment request failed:
o You have an existing payout request that is being reviewed. You can not make another request at this time.
I have since sent all my buyers from the last auction an email to say i have to cancel all my listings from the last auction due to non payment from bidorbuy. I feel absolutely terrible that i have to do this but what else can i do if bidorbuy is not paying me my R30000? I hope to get some kind of answer from them soon.
