I REGISTERED TO PLAY LOTTO ONLINE VIA JACARANDA FM. I PAID MY R100-00 FEE TO PARTICIPATE ON THE WEBSITE [URL Removed] ON THE 19 MAY 2013 I WON R266-00. AFTER A OF A BATTLE I FOUND CONTACT DETAILS FOR PAYOUT VIA PWALLET-

[URL Removed] UPTO TODAY NO PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED AFTER ALL DOCUMENTATION WAS SENT ON 25 MAY 2013. ON 05 JUNE I WAS CONTACTED TO CONFIRM MY DETAILS AND WAS TOLD I WILL RECEIVE SMS FOR PAYOUT. I DID RECEIVE IT BUT CANT REPLY. ALSO I'M BEING CHARCHED WITH ALL FAILED SMS.

IT SEEMS THE CALL CENTRE ARE RUN BY [URL Removed] AND THE PAYOUT BY [URL Removed]

THESE PEOPLE APPARENTLY CANT UNDERSTAND WHY I DONT RECEIVE MY WINNINGS. THEY ALSO REFUSE TO GIVE ME THERE BUSINESS ADDRESS. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THIS IS A!!!
