Delayed feedback time

I ordered a watch from City Slicker on 13 May 2013 and awaited feedback with regards to confirmation of payment and delivery but never received until I prompted them via e-mail. I then contacted them about 2 weeks later to track the parcel and they sent me a tracking number and told me that the parcel would be delivered to a Post Office nearest to my address. This information was not helpful to me as the tracking number was not in the Post Office database and I had put my husband's work address as the delivery address. I then followed up this week via telephone and e-mail and customer service e-mailed someone to investigate and cc'd me in but I have not received any feedback after that as yet. I tried to follow up again today and I keep getting the answering machine. What do I do now. This is incredibly frustrating as I have paid for a product which I do not even know how to receive.
