Parcel in transit for 7 days!!!

I've ordered a parcel from the US that reached RSA on 9/01/13. According to the tracking system it was at JHB Int Mail for two days and then sent to Cape Mail (which I also don't understand, since I'm in Jhb myself, and that is where the delivery address is).

So it arrived at Cape Mail on 11/01/13. Now it's been in transit all the way since 11/01/13.

WHERE THE ARE THEY TAKING IT???
Why is it at Cape Mail in any way??? How slow is the drive from CPT to JHB???

It's impossible to get through to the call centre as you end up holding on for hours!

I'm SO frustrated about the poor service delivery in this country!!!

My tracking number is II279357344ZA.

Is there ANYONE out there who can offer a service? I just want the freaking parcel.
