This order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday in tine for my mum for mothers day. After a long story about baskets not being delivered on weekends even though the delivery date clearly states 11 May 2013, I was promised it would be delivered on the 13th.
The wrong basket was delivered just before 16:00PM. My order was R1259.00, the basket delivered was the coffee basket worth R648.00
After numerous phone calls from Australia I was assured that it would be delivered today, Tuesday 14th with a bouquet to apologise for the wrong order. I had also sent about 15 emails since Saturday.
I also have invoice statements and emails as PROOF.
Guess what, got an email now, midday in South Africa stating that delivery will ALSO NOT TAKE PLACE TODAY. I need to speak to someone in head office but doubt if that will make a difference.
