I have bought from style36 in the past and goods were delivered on time and wrapped amazingly for gifts. I recently placed 2 orders one for Dads gift and one for Mother's Day where I messed up billing and shipping address. I contacted them straight away and they amended without a hassle. The shipping took longer than expected so I contacted them through online chat - extremely efficient and helpful.
The goods did arrive and the one item was to small, my Dad contacted them they sent for collection and I was credited almost immediately so I could place another order for larger size.
The whole process was handled extremely well and I look forward to using them in the future for gifts as well as myself!
