My son ordered a bouquet online for his mom on 9 May. The website said it would be delivered 10 May. No delivery. When I queried on Tues 14 May, I was told that (after holding for a few minutes) that the florist hadn't received the order, but they had it now and would be delivered today (Tuesday). After still no delivery on Tuesday 14 May, I followed up again on Wed 15 May. This time to be told that the florist would be preparing the bouquet for delivery today (15 May).
I will most definitely NOT be using Netflorist again. (and that irritating 'gay accent' while on hold is another reason not to use these people ever again)
