I cancelled my medical health already last year in March, however my accountant continued to pay them, this went on for 6 Months so NOW resolution owes me R9800 which they promised to pay in october last year, WELL we are in JANUARY 2013 and I still cannot get hold of SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER, I got told today that I cannot talk to a manager as they they have a lot of work, NO WONDER I AM YOU BUSINESS I WAS A CUSTOMER WHO YOU LOST BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENCE, WELL THIS KIND OF INCOMPETENCE WILL COST ME A FORTUNE IN LEGAL COSTS AND FINALLY THIS PATHETIC CIRCUS that they run!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME TO SOLVE THIS!!!
