Double the waiting time and a quarter of the bill

On the 7th of December I went to Sunnighill Hospital for surgery, long story short Pharos Medical has still not paid me a cent of the claim despite my numerous emails and phone calls, If they eventually pay they will only have paid 1 third of the actual bill, useless.
