We used to be with Nimas before Resolution Health took over and since then I have had nothing but problems. Last year I got contact lenses, and it was paid with no problem - stock for three months. Now I order a new set for three months only to be told that they don't cover it and I must pay. What do we pay you people for? We hardly use our medical aid as it is and should have a lot of savings - why not use it!!! We have also been waiting for a new membership card since last year- to date we haven't received a thing. When was our benefits changed. We had an amount that we could use toward optometry every year. Where did that benefit go? Seriously, I've had no good dealings or any joy with Resolution health since they took over from Nimas. And I must say the client services is terrible!!!
