Resolution Health has a solvency ratio of 6% according to their annual report on their website which is well below the legal minimum of 25%. They can't pay out because they have run out of money and that is why there are so many complaints about them not paying.
They also have the lowest debt rating according to an article I read on MoneyWeb which means that no one trusts them to be able to pay their loans.
To all members, please quit now. I changed to a different medical aid and they paid out multiple times in my first few months without any issues. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner.
To the person at Resolution Health who is reading this, please think about moving to a different company because it will be much harder to find a new job when you are unemployed.
