Discovery charge you for services they don't offe

On the first of the month owing to public holidays my DD for Discovery bounced. I then received a SMS saying my cover was canceled. I later paid the full outstanding amount to Discovery. However I have received no confirmation from them that my cover has been reactivated or an offer of a refund for the days that I was not covered as they did not provide me with any service foor those days
