Claim not settled for error on Discovery System

Telephonically and in writing I have received details of a GP to consult in my area based on the Plan Cover of unlimited consultations that will be covered in full by Discovery Health with no cost to myself. This query was raised on 16 August 2013 with Shannon Affat as Discovery did not cover this payment (Patient paid in full) as apparently this Doctor was not on their list. I have been given the doctors details telephonically and then later on again in an e-mail from Discovery.

This query has since been bounced to Nana Mfecane, then Glenn Ekron with each time the feedback that this query and refund in full be attended to in two weeks. We are now approaching December and still no resolution after me sending numerous e-mails. Apparently, they require a supervisor to approve the refund. Surely, this process cannot take 3 months.
