I received confirmation that a procedure I had to receive was authoprised (nr 14838423) by Discovery health. The Discovery consultant even confirmed that the Doctor's, the Anaethetist's and all hospital fees will be covered through my healthplan from Discovery. Now I received an email where nothing was paid by Discovery and the reason they suppply for not doing so is that according to them the procedure wasn't pre-authorised (code 268).
