On 27/2/2013 I requested a cancellation form via email. I sent an email the same day at 17:18 to remind you to send me the cancellation document.
Thu 28/02/2013 2:07 PM I sent another email requesting the cancellation document.
Thu 28/02/2013 5:31 PM Another email sent to request termination document.
After all my requests I finally received the termination document Fri 01/03/2013 1:52 PM
I spoke with Marlene Needham and informed her that I will not be liable for any additional fees or membership accounts for the month of March because they could not provide me with the necessary document in time.
She confirmed -
