I spoke to a Perusha this morning to confirm if my medical aid has been cancelled and were told no. I told her my work cancelled it on behalf of me. I just received confirmation from my work that it was sent to Momentum and they gave confirmation. Now Momentum wants me to pay for March also although It was cancelled in January because OF BAD BAD BAD NO-SERVICE AT ALL. Pay R1300.00 for nothing. Now they are not accepting my termination HOW IS THAT FOR BAD SERVICE. I must pay but not getting service. I have the confirmation of cancellation from MR CJ Pretorius (028135 510215) They cannot even get my surname right. It is BOTHMA NOT BOTHA. I NEED FEEDBACK FROM A USELESS MEDICAL AID NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO CANCEL ME AND TRYING TO FORCE ME TO BE A MEMBER. I NEED SERVICE NOT DAYLIGHT . I CAN PROVIDE THIS PROOF TO ANYONE.
