I am trying to correct my physical address on my tax certificate for the whole day now.
I phoned in and was helped by 4 people who still can not get it right. This is very bad. I was told by one agent to send a mail to [Email Removed] and ask for help. i am still waiting for somebody to phone me.
Not good at all! I needed that tax certificate before 15:00 today and now still dont have it???
Very poor service!!
