On Monday, 29 July, I phoned Liberty to send me a Tax Certificate. I received an e-mail in response telling me that the document was e-mailed to me. Two days later I phoned again and the person on the phone told me that they are busy generating the certificate and i'll have it soon. The next Monday I phoned again with the same response. The third time I phoned was Friday the 2nd of August where the operator told me he'll put a 'high priority' on my request. I received another e-mail telling me my document is on it's way. Today is the 7th of August and still no certificate. I just cannot understand why this is so difficult. And why can no-one phone me and let me know what's going on? I wonder how many other people have the same problem.
Seriously Frustrated!
