Still no Medical Tax Certificate

I am appalled by the service that we are getting from Discovery Health.. After numerous attempts via phoning and emailing we are still waiting for our Tax Medical Certificate and NOTHING has come through to our email address...
I find this service as unacceptable and very unprofessional.. Please speak to your consultants...
