Poor service

Normally I get reasonable to good service from MFC.. This time is around it is non existent..
I sold my vehicle last year and the documents were sent to me unfortunately the buyer has not transferred the vehicle into their name and I cannot find the buyer.. The licencing authorities told me I could get another certificate from the finance company ie. MFC and they would explain to me what to do..

MFC sent me a new certificate but the licencing authorities told me it had to be an original, this was then relayed to MFC who e mailed me back they would send within 5 working days.. 5 days has come and gone and no one replies to e mails.. Today I get phoned by someone to tell me, oh no we cannot send you anything unless you pay approx R370.00.. I said nobody told me anything about this and in fact you told me it is on the way..

I was told well basically no money no certificate..

This is simply not good enough.. I am waiting for this certificate meanwhile you have never sent it and do not intend sending it..

When I asked to speak to someone in authority .. you guessed it they are all in meetings...
