Hi. I am a former Discovery Health Medical Aid Scheme member. I am trying to get a Member Certificate from Discovery Health. I have phoned the Call Centre 3 times (3 Days) now, and 3 times they have promised to send it to me via e-mail. it has not come my way. The New Medical Aid i am joining, needs a Copy of the Certificate (Exact start, and End dates). What frustrates me more, is that, you cannot find a simple number where you can call them. All the 086 numbers provided on their web site wanted me to put my Medical Aid Number, which i do not have, and do not know, as i left the scheme in 2007. I thought Web sites, and Web pages were meant to make the information easly accessible, but NOoooo try the Discovery Health Web page, you will be frustrated. I had to call Telkom's Directory services, for me to just get Head Office number. I am so unimpressed with their service!
