Non delivery of chronic medication

My daughter has been out of her medication for 3 days now. You received the required script last week Thursday (7 Nov'13) and when we called to have the medication delivered on the next day (Friday) we were told it's not possible you can only deliver on Monday (11 Nov). Today it's Tuesday (12 No'13) and the meds are still not delivered. For the fact that we were advised that the cause of the delay was that your staff did not load the script in time, Pharmacy direct will be held liable if my daughter's health deteriorate. I called your call centre 4 times today and after being on hold for more than 3min in all 4 calls your agents dropped my calls. I work for Medscheme and I am taking this matter further. Your pathetic service is putting people's wellbeing at risk. I am really disappointed...
