Pharmacy Direct
SCRIPT FAXED, TOLD NOT SO, NO MEDS - NO DELIVERY

In September 2012, Pharmacy Direct took over the delivery of my medication to Dr. Charles Muzamhindo's rooms - this after the delivery contract was cancelled between Bankmed & Scriptwise. When I went to the Dr's rooms to collect my medication last week Thursday, I was told that I had run out of medication. Meds were last dispensed by Scriptwise n September 2012. There was some or other -up with the handover of the clients, their scripts/prescriptions from Scriptwise to Pharmacy Direct. During my visit to the Dr, I requested that a new prescription be written since the old one ended in December 2012 (although I last received med in Sept '12). I had had enough medication until December, because there was always extra due to a double delivery issue in 2011 - so the meds didn't run out until December (when I fetched meds for Dec '12 & January '13). The script was faxed to Pharmacy Direct last week Thursday - evidence shows successful sending by the Dr. Delivery was indicated as being 24 - 48hrs (confirmed to me & the Dr). A claim was submitted by Pharmacy Direct - I have email proof, however this morning I was told that no meds are being dispensed as no script received. I'm LIVID
