Chronic meds not delivered

Bonita's have failed to deliver my mums chronic medication.
My sister had script faxed to Pharmacy direct in mid-february for refresh supply - no response.
I had to purchase the meds at pharmacy where we were unable to utilize our medical funds as pharmacy direct blocks this transaction from going thru and this is for a PMB condition. we had to use our cash :-(
I re-faxed script to 08661140000 22nd-feb-2013 - still no reponse.
called bonitas today to check what is going on who passes buck to pharmacy direct and I waited more than 10minutes on the call for an agent before i decided to write this complaint. I pay premiums to bonitas, it is not my responsibility to query with Pharmacy Direct. The script had been sent to them twice by us.
