The name change has finally come through for my adopted son. I've tried contacting Resolution multiple times to effect the change on our policy.
Emailed the correct address - no response.
After numerous attempts to call them, finally got through to a Vusi Mushwana. I emailed him a copy of the new birth certificate and asked him to confirm with me when he got it. He just forwarded it to the 'amend' section and cc'd me. My wife followed up by mail nearly 2 weeks later - no response. I followed up again a few days after that and STILL no response from either the amend address or Vusi.
They put up the premiums and reduce the service..
Avoid this medical aid scheme like the plague.
