REFUSAL TO REPLY TO EMAIL QUERIES

I am an existing client of Resolution Health and a member of the top scheme.

On my card it states that I am a Prestige Member but the Call Centre staff, as represented by Vusi, assured me it is their top Supreme Member scheme, disregard Prestige, it is Supreme.

I have sent 3 Emails and my wife has made a number of long and frustrating calls to the Call Centre... as yet, no feedback nor response. A second after sending an Email I get an auto reply to say my email was received and they would respond. As yet... ZERO RESPONSE.

I need vital information from a person that understands the Supreme membership to explain... both my wife and I need to undergo major surgery in 2013 and we need to have all our bases covered.

I need to know what Resolution Health pays and what not... and an explanation of why some services/items are excluded.
It is fruitless to even think they will give you a person's name to deal with, also I did not manage to get an Email address of an individual.

Perhaps Resolution Health should hold back a bit on the millions they hand out in sponsorships and focus on the reason they can sponsor millions... namely their members that need info bad
