In December 2012 I called resolution health to inform them that I had not received a letter informing me of any changes to my medical aid. I was emailed a form and immediately Faxed AND emailed it with all the relevant forms requested. On the 1st of January 2013 an unortharised amount was deducted from my account and since then i've called and sent 4 emails trying to rectify this situation. On the 1st of February 2013 the same unortharised amount was deducted from my account again. I have had no response to my mails or had any communication or letters sent from resolution health for the last year. Last year I had to deal with the same drama when an unortharised amount was deducted from my account. I am disgusted by the lack of communication of Resolution Health and not happy
