Resolution Health had incorrect bank details on file for me. After contacting them numerous times and getting no assistance I eventually posted on Hello Peter and finally got a response. After several weeks of faxing and re-faxing the documentation which I had already sent prior to posting a complaint my bank details were finally changed. However the payments that were sent to the wrong bank account have not been credited to me despite me making them aware thereof. I've tried calling their call centre but the line just rings. It's no wonder that Resolution Health has the highest ratio of complaints on Hello Peter in the medical aid industry. I am one of the unlucky ex-NIMAS members that was transferred to this appalling company.
