DID NOT AGREE TO BIOPSY AND WASN'T EXPLAINED BEFOR

Had a gastroscopy done to check for ulcers via the camera they insert...

got a phone call a week later to say that my biopsy result have come back...

I did not agree to taking anything out of my stomach or to scarping a piece of tissue out of my stomach - I am off - I agreed to a camera as I wrote on the initial form I was giving while waiting to have the procedure... it asked "What do you know about the procedure/what is going to be done to you" and I said "he is going to put a camera down my throat/oasophageous... NO ONE EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE TO ME BEFORE HAND... I WAS REFERRRED BY A DOCTOR IN CASUALTY AND EXPECTED Dr. Deetlef's staff to EXPLAIN! WHEN I TRIED ASKING THEM QUESTIONS THEY MADE JOKES ABOUT IT AND BRUSHED ME OFF.

IF I HAVE ANY TROUBLE IN FUTURE WITH MY STOMACH I WILL MOST CERTAINLY CONSIDER THE PROBABILITY THAT IT IS THE HOSPITAL'S FAULT.
