So, we're a family of 4. 2 adults, and 2 children.
For the past SIX months we have been trying to join discovery on their executive plan. Note that this is their biggest and most expensive plan.
They have this IDIOTIC system where you HAVE to work with 1 of their certified "financial advisors".
Well, these so call advisors are USELESS! We have booked appointments with THREE different ones in the past SIX months, and ALL have been a NO SHOW!
Seriously, are all these people and companies doing SO well they don't want our business?!
Phoning Discovery to complain is an exercise in automated phone system, and if you're not an existing member, you get nowhere!
Time for me to take my family 4's business elsewhere!
